Responsibilities:
Issues PO orders Check requisition to make sure the pricing.

Verify vendor has a contract.
Verify safety requirements and follow procedures including sole source justification if required.
Ensure PO has correct instructions and contacts.
Assist with getting quotes/estimation as required.
Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) Maintaining VIM cycle time Work with AP, stakeholders and vendors to sort out VIM payment delays/problems.
Acquire PODs from vendors and request GRs when needed.
Arrange and facilitate transportation for materials from vendors as needed.
Shipping out materials to vendors from our location as needed Get bids/quotes for the best price and delivery for any transportation needs.
Follow up with vendor for materials that are past due.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year procurement (buying) experience.
Must have TWIC Proficient in SAP and MS Office suite Effective written and verbal communication For immediate consideration, please send resumes to Samantha.
